These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Karma Labs LLC governing your use of gotfaangd.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

gotfaangd.ai is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that includes AI-generated prep plans, resume tailoring, STAR story extraction, practice sessions with AI feedback, and company pipeline management.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must register using a valid Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@gotfaangd.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; submit false or misleading information; reverse-engineer the Service; use automated tools in excess of plan limits; resell outputs; upload malware; circumvent security features; harass other users.
5. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimers
AI output is not professional advice. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It does not guarantee employment outcomes. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before using it professionally.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use. The Service and its technology are the exclusive property of Karma Labs LLC.
7. Billing, Payments, and Refunds
Paid plans are one-time payments through Stripe. All purchases are subject to our 7-day refund policy. Refunds are at our discretion for requests made after 7 days. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
